EAGLIZE is a renovation and fit-out studio operating across the United Arab Emirates. This page explains, in plain language, what we do with the information you give us. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@eaglize.ae and we will answer you directly.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to prepare your design and your price:
- Your name, email address and mobile number, when you fill in our project intake form or message us on WhatsApp.
- The project type and the description of what you want to change.
- Photos of your space that you choose to upload or send us.
- Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as device type and the pages you visited, used only to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment card details, passwords, or copies of your Emirates ID through this website.
Why we use it
- To produce your 3D preview and your itemised price.
- To contact you about your enquiry, by phone, email or WhatsApp.
- To manage your project if you decide to work with us, including permits and approvals.
- To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations in the UAE.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who can see it
Your details are seen by the EAGLIZE team working on your enquiry. They may also be handled by the service providers that make our business run, for example our website form provider, our email provider, and the authorities we file permits with when your project requires it. These providers are only allowed to use your information to deliver their service to us.
Photos of your space
Photos you send are used to plan and price your project. We will never publish a photo of your home or business, before or after, without asking you first and getting your agreement in writing.
How long we keep it
If you do not go ahead with a project, we keep your enquiry for up to 24 months in case you come back to us, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep your project records for as long as the law requires us to, including the warranty period.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you. Email hello@eaglize.ae and we will action it, normally within a few working days.
Cookies and measurement
This website uses only what is needed to display pages correctly and to measure, in aggregate, how people find and use the site. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, and Microsoft Clarity to see where visitors click and how far they scroll. Clarity can replay a visit as an anonymous recording of clicks and scrolling; the text you type into the form is masked and is never part of that recording. Neither tool identifies you by name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.
Security
Your enquiry reaches us over an encrypted connection and is stored in accounts protected by access control. No system online is completely risk free, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
