Every space has hidden potential.

A founder-led atelier for renovation and fit-out. We measure your space ourselves, design it in 3D until it is the room you wanted, then hand over exactly what you approved.

You already know the horror stories. The contractor who takes the deposit, stalls for months, then stops answering. EAGLIZE was built to be the opposite. One person sees your space, plans it, prices it, and stays until the last detail is right.

No games with the number.

Most studios will not discuss money until you are sitting in a meeting. Here is where our projects start, so you know before you call whether we are the right fit for your budget.

See it first. Pay after.

Renovation runs on trust, and trust is easy to claim. So we made it a sequence instead: you see the finished room and the exact price before you commit to either. Eight steps, in this order, every time.

  1. 01

    Send photos of your space

A few clear photos on WhatsApp are enough to begin. Nothing is signed at this stage.

  2. 02

    Site inspection

We come to the space and measure it properly. Guessing from photos is how quotes go wrong.

  3. 03

One 3D concept and your quotation

Within 72 hours: a realistic 3D of your space and a fixed, itemised price, every line visible.

  4. 04

    Signing the contract

Only once the design and the number are both exactly what you want. Not before.

  5. 05

    Payment plan agreed

Milestones set in writing before work starts, so your money never gets ahead of the work.

  6. 06

    Execution

One team, one owner. Daoud runs the site personally and reports as each stage closes.

  7. 07

    Handover

We walk the space together, list every last detail, and close it before you sign off.

  8. 08

    Follow-up

We stay reachable after the keys are back in your hand, not gone once the invoice is paid.

About EAGLIZE.

A founder-led renovation and fit-out atelier in the UAE. We design, build, furnish and hand over, for villas and apartments, offices, retail and clinics. One team carries the project from the first photograph of your space to the day the keys go back in your hand.

Every project starts the same way. We come and measure, we show you the finished space in 3D with an itemised price, and only then do you decide anything. Approvals with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence and DEWA are handled in-house, and Daoud stays on your project personally from the first meeting to the final walkthrough.

Owns the programme, the material orders and the approvals, so nothing on your project sits waiting on something nobody chased.

We would rather be judged on the last millimetre.

Straight answers.

How much does a renovation cost in the UAE?

It depends on scope and finishes, which is exactly why we never work with vague estimates. You can see where our projects typically start here, then send a few photos of your space. We come and measure it, and within 72 hours you get a fixed, itemised price where every line is visible, together with your 3D concept. You decide after you have seen both. The final figure depends on the size of the space, the scope and the materials you choose.

How long will my project take?

Your plan comes with a stage-by-stage schedule before work starts. Apartments typically run 3-8 weeks, full villas 10-16 weeks. Because one owner coordinates all trades, you are not waiting on a chain of subcontractors blaming each other.

Do you handle permits, NOCs and approvals?

Yes, all of them: Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, and community or free-zone approvals such as Emaar, Nakheel and Trakhees. Your project runs 100% compliant, and you never chase a stamp yourself.

How do payments work?

Milestone payments only. You pay as stages are delivered and checked, so your money never gets ahead of the work. The first payment falls due when you sign, after you have seen both the 3D concept and the itemised price.

Can I stay in my home during the renovation?

Often yes. We plan the work in phases, seal work zones, and keep the site clean at the end of every day. If a phase makes staying uncomfortable, we tell you honestly in the schedule before you commit.

Do you work in Abu Dhabi?

Yes. EAGLIZE runs projects across the UAE, for villas, apartments, offices and retail spaces.

What if I do not like the 3D concept?

Then we change it. The concept exists to be argued with, which is why you see it before anything is signed. If it still is not right, you walk away and we part on good terms. You commit only once the design and the number are both exactly what you want.

I rent my home. Can you still renovate it?

Yes, we do this often. We prepare the drawing set and scope your landlord or building management needs for approval, obtain the NOC, and keep the work within what your lease allows. If a change has to be reversed at the end of the tenancy, we tell you that before you commit, not after.

your space.

Send a few photos and tell us what you want to change. We come and measure the space, and within 72 hours you get a 3D concept and a fixed, itemised price. You decide after you have seen both.
